GEN2 22" Professional Flight Crew 4-Wheel Roll Aboard

NEW for 2025!

All 22" Cases are in a new GEN2 version which has over a dozen changes for these, our most popular sized cases. We have changed the metallurgy of the case and made it thicker by 25% as well. This has added a few ounces of weight but offers significant improvement in strength. We changed the retractable handle to a new design which is a little longer and has larger bumpers on the back of it to add some extra protection. We added a third hinge for additional stiffening. Starlight silver cases now have matte grey handles which will not scratch to a different color and the chrome wheels are gone and are now also a matte gray. Inside we added a wet clothes pouch on the left side flap for a little bit more convenience. We also changed out a lot parts behind the scenes for added reliability and strength. DIMENSIONS (unlike our competitors bags which are often measured without handles and wheels, and grossly larger when packed, our cases remain dimensionally correct empty or full. Further we are on average 25%-50% lighter!):

Packing room of our 22" is slightly smaller inside than the competition's 22". However we are also fully compliant with international carry on standards externally which the competition is not!

This case is a true legal international "carry-on" and will fit all standard overhead bins, even on the tight CRJ bins!

OPTIONAL CUSTOMIZATION We offer laser etching to all our hard cases. Don't feel you need the front cargo track but want the armored billet aluminum wheel boxes? We can customize your case by deleting the cargo track. We can also add curb sliders to the front of the case for added strength and crash protection. Simply place your order and reach out with your desires. Customization may delay shipping your case a few days.

Take it for a test drive! You have 30 days to decide if this is the luggage for you. If during that time you don't feel this case will work for you, simply send the unused case back!

Every case is assembled by hand and while every attempt is made to avoid marks and slight blemishes, it is possible that during assembly your new case might show some handling marks and slight imperfections from its build. 

Every case comes with an optional slip-on/off cover to reduce scrapes and scratches. It is secured with a velcro retainer. The case can be used normally with the slip cover in place with full use of the wheels and carry handles.
