New for 2026 we offer our Frequent Flyer Cases in 2-wheel versions. Also all Frequent Flyer Cases are in the new GEN2 version which has over a dozen changes for these, our most popular cases. We have changed the metallurgy of the case and made it thicker by 25%. This has added a few ounces of weight but offers significant improvement in strength. We changed the retractable handle to a new design which is a little longer and has larger bumpers on the back of it to add some extra protection. We added a third hinge for additional stiffening. Starlight silver cases now have matte grey handles which will not scratch to a different color and the chrome wheels are gone and now also a matte gray. Inside we added a wet clothes pouch on the left side flap for a little bit more convenience. We also changed out a lot parts behind the scenes for added reliability and strength.

DIMENSIONS (unlike our competitors bags which are often measured without handles and wheels, and grossly larger when packed, our cases remain dimensionally correct empty or full. Further we are on average 25%-50% lighter!):

Every case is assembled by hand and while every attempt is made to avoid marks and slight blemishes, it is possible that during assembly your new case might show some handling marks and slight imperfections from its build.
Every case comes with an optional slip-on/off cover to reduce scrapes and scratches. It is secured with a velcro retainer. The case can be used normally with the slip cover in place with full use of the wheels and carry handles.
