When you build the best, you stand behind it. Every case we sell comes with an extensive warranty.

Warranty

For defects due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we offer three options:

  • Many simple repairs can be done in the field and as such we can send out repair kits for you to accomplish this at home or while on the road.
  • We work with many certified luggage repair facilities around the world. With our parts kits you can have your case serviced locally. We provide our support with parts and know how to make sure they get what they need to repair your case properly.
  • For more extensive repairs, we will do this work in our workshop. Ship your case to us, Upon receipt of your case, we will evaluate the best course of action and get your case fixed right up or replaced for shipping back to you.

Airlines are responsible to damage caused while luggage is in their care. Though they often claim that certain parts of luggage are not included, this is false. If your case is damaged file a claim ASAP. You protections are clearly listed here on the US Department of Transportation website. Damage to cases caused by airlines are not covered by our warranty!

Test Drive

Take it for a test drive! You have 30 days to decide if this is the luggage for you. If during that time you dont feel this case will work for you, simply send the unused case back!
